Terms of Service

Service Plug Pro LLC operates an online marketplace that connects customers seeking home services with independent service professionals ("Providers"). Service Plug Pro LLC does not directly provide home services. All services are performed solely by independent third-party Providers. Service Plug Pro LLC's role is limited to: • Facilitating service bookings • Providing a digital platform that connects customers and Providers • Providing official pricing and quotes, payment coordination, and customer support Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Service Plug Pro LLC. Service Plug Pro LLC does not control the methods, tools, scheduling, or manner in which Providers perform services and does not supervise Providers during service performance.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 18 years old • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements • All information you provide is accurate and truthful Service Plug Pro LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Customers may request services through the Service Plug Pro LLC platform. When a booking is made: • A service request is submitted through the platform. • A qualified Provider may accept or be assigned the job. • The Provider performs the requested service. Service Plug Pro LLC does not guarantee the availability of Providers for every booking request and does not guarantee that any specific Provider will accept or perform a requested service unless otherwise approved and confirmed through the Service Plug Pro LLC platform.

Payments for services booked through the Service Plug Pro LLC platform are processed by the third-party payment processor Stripe. When a customer books a service through the Service Plug Pro LLC website, the customer will be redirected to Stripe in order to securely complete the payment process. Service Plug Pro LLC does not directly collect, hold, or distribute customer payments. Your card is charged when you confirm your booking through Stripe. Provider payouts are handled separately through Stripe Connect after the applicable Service Plug Pro completion workflow. By submitting payment information through the platform, customers authorize Stripe to process payments related to their bookings. Service Plug Pro LLC is not responsible for payment processing errors, interruptions, or disputes caused by third-party payment processors. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been completed or performed as agreed, except where required by applicable law.

Customers may cancel bookings at any time through their customer dashboard. Please note the following: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a $15 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear. Refund eligibility may also depend on factors including service completion status, Provider availability, and the specific circumstances of the booking. Service Plug Pro LLC reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion.

Customers agree to: • Provide accurate service details • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property • Maintain a safe environment for the Provider • Treat Providers respectfully and professionally Customers may not: • Harass or threaten Providers • Request illegal services • Provide misleading service details • Attempt to bypass the platform to hire Providers directly Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of platform access.

Providers using the platform are independent contractors. Service Plug Pro LLC does not: • Employ Providers • Direct how Providers perform services • Supervise services performed by Providers • Guarantee the conduct or performance of Providers Customers acknowledge that Service Plug Pro LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct of Providers.

Service Plug Pro LLC may perform limited vetting or screening of Providers; however, Service Plug Pro LLC does not guarantee: • Background check accuracy • Professional licenses or certifications • Service quality or safety Customers acknowledge that they assume responsibility for evaluating the suitability of any Provider performing services.

Service Plug Pro LLC does not guarantee: • Quality of services • Professional performance • Compliance with laws by Providers Questions or disputes about a service should be sent to Service Plug Pro at support@serviceplugpro.com. We will review the circumstances with the customer and provider.

Customers acknowledge that Service Plug Pro LLC is not responsible for: • Property damage • Theft • Personal injury • Loss of property that may occur during services performed by Providers. Questions or claims related to such matters should be reported to Service Plug Pro at support@serviceplugpro.com so we can review the circumstances with the customer and provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Plug Pro LLC shall not be liable for: • Indirect damages • Incidental damages • Consequential damages • Loss of profits • Property damage • Personal injury arising from or related to services booked through the platform. In no event shall Service Plug Pro LLC's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Service Plug Pro LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of: • Use of the platform • Violation of these Terms • Interaction with Providers • Damage or injury occurring at the customer's property

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law. By agreeing to arbitration, users waive the right to bring claims in court or participate in class action lawsuits. Arbitration shall take place in the state where Service Plug Pro LLC is registered unless otherwise required by law. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Service Plug Pro LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user: • Violates these Terms • Engages in fraudulent activity • Harasses Providers • Attempts to circumvent the platform

Users agree not to: • Use the platform for unlawful purposes • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with platform functionality • Attempt to access restricted systems • Use automated tools to scrape platform data

Customers agree not to bypass the Service Plug Pro LLC platform in order to directly hire, contract with, or pay a Provider introduced through the platform. Violation may result in account termination.

Service Plug Pro LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features, pricing, or booking processes without prior notice.

The platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Service Plug Pro LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including: • Merchantability • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement Service Plug Pro LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Service Plug Pro LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control including: • Natural disasters • Severe weather • Internet outages • Government actions • Labor disputes • Power failures

Service Plug Pro LLC may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Service Plug Pro LLC regarding use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Service Plug Pro LLC is registered.
